Blackout

Blackout is our high-powered competition rocket for IREC 2021 with the goal of creating custom made carbon fiber body tubes and avionics.

Kong

KONG is our high-powered competition rocket for IREC 2023 with the goal of testing a novel airbrakes payload with custom avionics to measure force on descent.

Tuatara

Tuatara is Launch Initiative's first two stage rocket attempt and, if successful, will serve as the foundation for a future space shot attempt. Tuatara will have GPS tracking for recovery.

Dragonfly-44

Dragonfly-44 is one of our Space Race rockets aims to test a Smoke-Flare recovery system.

Barry Bee Benson

Barry Bee Benson is one of the 2023 Space Race rockets which contains a variety of payloads, which includes launching an egg, in hopes of it not breaking.
