JLCPCB - Free PCBs Unlocking Student Creativity
With over 10 years of PCB prototype experience, JLCPCB products are used across all industries. To give back to the community, we commit to inspire student's creativity and help develop new ideas by giving them free PCBs for their projects. 978 student groups across the world spend $0 on their PCBs, with 42 groups added in the last year.
By supplying PCBs for student projects, students can improve the electrical systems of their project while improving their knowledge base of electrical engineering concepts. In addition, the power of fully custom PCBs allows students to further push the boundaries of creativity.
In addition to PCBs, JLCPCB helps guide student groups and teach them more about PCB design and general electronics. Over 500 electronic makers have worked with JLCPCB to create educating and interesting articles, courses, and videos, including makers like GreatScott!, Lady Ada, and EEVBlog.
In addition to PCB fabrication services, JLCPCB assists students through EasyEDA, JLCPCB's own EDA software that allows students to collaborate on electrical designs and seamlessly integrates with both JLCPCB and LCSC for parts selection.
JLCPCB sponsors student groups from around the world in many fields, such as aviation, machine design, racing, and now rocketry, from Middle School to University level. Groups interested in working with JLCPCB should contact [email protected] for more information.
